The Proxied Handler ' ...' could not be loaded [message #725339]

I have been working on this project for a couple of weeks. When I shut down my computer last night my project was working fine. When I get to work this morning, I start Eclipse, change a system.out.println, save and export my plugin. Now when I run the project I get this error

The proxied handler 'ehandler' could not be loaded

The proxied handler 'ehandler' could not be loaded

org.eclipse.core.runtime.CoreException: Plug-in "ediUA" was unable to instantiate class "com.ediUA.ehandler"

What is causing this error, I have not clue how to fix it.
