Coverage RAC: missing feature.properties [message #77610]

Installs without an issue. But the abovesaid plugin package doesn't
contain feature.properties

So the name and details in the Help > Manage Configuration do not appear
correctly.

The feature.properties file is indeed missing in this feature. Thank you
for pointing this out. This problem will be fixed in TPTP 4.2.1.
