Hi:

I have a bar chart that takes values by day and groups them by month on the X-axis. It is then averaged on the Y-axis. This works well - but I would like to format the average values that appear over each bar to 2 decimal places. How can I do this?

Ok - I found it. Format Chart -> Value Y Series -> Click on Value Data -> Click on Format -> click on Standard Radio Button -> set fraction digits

John,

Open the chart wizard and select the third tab. Select Value (Y)
Series, then labels. Click on the Value Data in the values box and the
format button should become enabled. Press it and use the standard
format radial and set the fraction Digits to 2.
