Vinay,

You've already asked this on the GMF newsgroup and I've already
explained that there is a sorter. If your problem is that any code you
write isn't being executed why are you asking this basic question yet
again from scratch and creating work for other people?

Hi,

I noticed that whatever question I am asking is related to EMF so I thought to post this question in EMF newsgroup.
I am sorry for that.
But how come none of the classes are used from .editor. It is like it does not have any affect on my entire project.
May I know the use of this .editor plugin.

Thanks,
Vinay

I've explained so many things you can try in order to answer questions
yourself. Have you determined which editor is being opened? Might you
have multiple registrations for the same file extension? Are there
multiple choices in the Open With menu? Have you included your bundles
in the launch configuration?

Hi,

I have added .editor plugin in the dependency tab of .diagram plugin project But no change.

Is there any alternative solution to turn off the sorting ??

Thanks,
Vinay

No, there isn't an alternative.

This is not an EMF question. Do you know what an Eclipse launch
configuration is? What you have done to figure that out?

Hi,

As per my understanding eclipse launch configuration is a description of how to launch a program. The program is another Eclipse instance in the form of a runtime workbench.

Hi

I figured out that the property sheet is being created by xxxPropertySection.java which belongs to .diagram project. But I see that they have not used any sorter.
My sorter implementation is in xxxEditor.java which is in .editor project.
Can u help me how I can invoke xxxEditor.java from xxxPropertySection.java.

Thanks,
Vinay
