Node "Faces Configuration" shown many times in Project Explorer [message #722069]

I just recognised that Eclipse shows the folder "Faces Configuration" in a web project three times. Thus i removed the JSF facet, but the folders remeins visible but without content nodes. I exported the project and imported the project again. After adding the JSF facet the folder is displayed two times again.

What can be the reason for this behavior?
