I have used the 3.6 Feature Manifest Editor with no problems.

Are there known problems with the 3.7 Feature Manifest Editor? I can't
get it to work at all. Cut and paste do not work in the "license"
section. I tried modifying the xml file, and changes in the license
section were not reflected back although changes to the feature
description and copyright notice sections are.

It appears to me that several things have been broken, but I could not
find anything in bugzilla related to this.

Could someone check this so I can rule out problems with my system?
