How to set time interval for Refresh Automatically? [message #721145]

Sometimes, I need to modify files outside eclipse ide, always pressing F5 to fresh files is boring,so I check Refresh Automatically, but it takes about 5 seconds to apply the modification, is there a method to set the time interval for refreshing, like Intellij IDEA does,it can apply change immediately.
