What is the best way to source control the test scripts created. Should we check in the binary db files under database of the workspace. Or are there any text/xml files which we could use for versioning.

Hi,

There is the option to create a new version of a project in the database:
http://help.eclipse.org/indigo/topic/org.eclipse.jubula.client.ua.help/html/manual/node68.html

Alternatively (and this is the route we use), you can export projects as XML files and version-control the XML files:
http://help.eclipse.org/indigo/topic/org.eclipse.jubula.client.ua.help/html/manual/node65.html

Best regards,
Alex
