Hi Roland,
I would very much like to see Ivy support in Buckminster but so far nobody has shown any interest. So today there's no
support at all.

Hi Roland,
I think the most sensible thing would be to look at the p2 reader and the maven reader. They will give you a good hint
of what needs to be done in order to access a repository and create needed cspecs for the components found there.
Our source is in Git now http://git.eclipse.org/c/buckminster/buckminster.git/ and the projects in question would be
org.eclipse.buckminster.core and org.eclipse.buckminster.maven.
