Fail to start STS embedded Virgo [message #718729]

I tried many times, the first start-up is successful, but after shutting down service and restart it, following error shows

[2011-08-25 15:53:14.125] startup-tracker <KE0001I> Kernel starting.

[2011-08-25 15:53:20.187] system-artifacts <DE0700E> Cannot find plan 'org.eclipse.virgo.kernel.userregion.springdm' version range '[0.0.0, oo)' in repository 'stage-ext-usr'.
[2011-08-25 15:53:20.187] system-artifacts <DE0700E> Cannot find plan 'org.eclipse.virgo.web' version range '[0.0.0, oo)' in repository 'stage-ext-usr'.
[2011-08-25 15:53:20.203] system-artifacts <UR0002E> User region failed while deploying initial artifacts. Shutting down.
[2011-08-25 15:53:20.203] System Bundle Shutdown <KE0010I> Shutdown initiated.

I tried this (on STS 2.5.0.RELEASE) and restart works fine for me.

Did you make sure to define the server type as Virgo (in the EclipseRT section) and add a new server runtime environment?

What happens if you try to restart Virgo from the command line (using the startup script)?
