do you know if it is possible to realize the text reported in teh image attached?

You could probably do this with some images and a text element. Do you
have the html you used to display the image. CSS3 supports rounded
corners, and you can call this with a text element. Use an expression
similar to the following:

<p style="-moz-border-radius: 10px; -webkit-border-radius: 10px;border:
6px solid #FFFF00;">My Rounded Corner</p>

Set the type to html. However this will only work in firefox.
