Hello, I am new to Eclipse and I use it on Linux, but I can't get the Indigo release i go to the download page select the one i need (Eclipse Classic) and download a tarball I unpack it and see it's Helios what can I do?

Then i found out i didn't uninstall the old one

If you go here:

http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/eclipse-classic-37/indigor

and download (from the right hand side of the page) the version for
Linux (32 or 64 bit), is it the same file name as what you already
downloaded?

Does the one you downloaded have 3.7 anywhere in the file name?

If so, it SHOULD be Indigo.

Where do you unpack it to and how do you run it?
