Installing feature .. free space 0KB? [message #715896]

I am doing some work that requires Eclipse 3.2 and Lotus Expeditor 6.1.2. When I go to add Expeditor to Eclipse everything looks good until I get to the last screen where it tells me I have 0KB free space. I'm running Windows 7-32 bit. I have verified that I have rights to write files. I even rebooted the PC(it is Windows, after all)
I was running Eclipse 3.7 prior to this and had installed several plug-ins with out this issue.

Any ideas appreciated.

I tried a different plugin and noted that it also said 0KB free but the size was unknown. In this instance I had the Finish button and I was able to install the plugin! SO how do I get Expeditor's size to be a mystery?
