Hi,

I'm used to document my pom options, including comments in the pom.xml
file.
Today I try the menu option: Manage Dependencies, to add an api. But after
that, all my comments were removed.
Is this a feature ou a problem with the pom editor?

Gilberto

Hi Gilberto,

For specific questios about Q4E implementation you should use the Q4E
mailing list, you'll get more help.
http://groups.google.com/group/q4e-users

What you mention is a known problem that we are trying to improve for
next version.

This is a problem with the maven model reader and writer, which discard
"irrelevant" information.

We're working on a different implementation (without using the maven
classes) for manipulating the pom and keeping the comments and formatting
as much as possible.
