Yes, make a Ant script and call it everytime you need :)

Try to create a file called build.xml. After that, open that file on Eclipse
and try to edit it...
All you need is to use content assist from Eclipse and a bit of intuition :)
If you still miss something, take a look at:
http://ant.apache.org/manual/CoreTasks/war.html
