Hi all,

I have upgraded to Eclipse 3.5 today, and I was trying to install AJDT from
the update site but I always get the same error:

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=epp.package.rcp,
phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.provisional.p2.engine.pha ses.Collect,
operand=, action=).
Multiple problems occurred while downloading.

Do you know what can I do? please I need some help on this. I don't select
any source item but they are selected by dependency resolution I think.

I am using this url:
http://download.eclipse.org/tools/ajdt/35/update

Thank you very much
Gaston.

Hi Gaston,

The problem is that Eclipse.org is offloading bandwidth to mirror servers
because of the increased load from the new Galileo release. However,
Eclipse.org is forwarding clients to mirrors that are not completely synced
yet. That is why you are receiving the file not found error.

For now, you can go straight to a mirror that is known to be good and
download from there:

http://eclipse.unixheads.org/tools/ajdt/35/update/

As for downloading the source bundle even when it is not selected, the
reason for that is that this is the way P2 works. If optional bundles are
found in one of the repositories, then they will automatically be installed.

Hope this helps,
