Hi ALL,

This is how to implement the different datasets by using cross tab and to interpret the result as in attached file.

For example : we have 5 data sets like :

1) count of students
2) count of classrooms
3) count of teachers
4) count of infrastructure
5) count of tables

this we have to implement by college, university, IIT

Attacched is the output format file.
