I just downloaded PDT All-in-One for Eclipse. When I start Eclipse and go
to Window|Open Perspective, there isn't a PHP Perpective available. Can
someone please let me know if there is any steps needed in order to see
the PHP Perspective?

I am running on Windows XP.

Thanks,
Lewis

Hi,

You probably don't have Java runtime environment 5 (JRE 5).
You can get it here - http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index_jdk5.jsp

I have JRE installed, I just don't seem to have any of the PDT
functionality available when I start eclipse. Please help me understand
what I need to do to use PDT.

Are you sure you're using the 5.0+ JDK/JRE? Your system might be
defaulting to 1.4. Check Help > About > Configuration to verify which
JDK/JRE you're actually running.
