I'm trying to create a single javadoc for multiple projects. I've tried exporting javadoc or clicking Project -> Generate Javadoc. If I select all projects, and pick a destination that is an empty folder somewhere, all that gets created is one project, the one highlighted in the package explorer.

I'm using Helios and jdk1.6.0_23. I'm able to create each project separately, but I want everything to be combined.

This works fine for me. If you can reproduce this, then please file a
bug against JDT UI.
