[ATL] How to compile a library ATL file? [message #71536]

Hi,
As we know, in a run configuration of an ATL file, we need to sepcify
the library(*.asm) for this ATL file if it depends on some library. This
requires the library to be compiled in advance. But I don't know to compile
a library ATL file beforehand. Do you have any idea about this?
