It seems fairly obvious to me that those URLs were unavailable at the
time you were trying. They seem to be working fine right now (for me),
so either it was a temporary hiccup or perhaps you are working behind
some kind of internet proxy that needs authentication or otherwise
blocks your access.
If the latter is the case, you can configure proxy settings in Eclipse,
in the Preferences window.
