Excluding file from PHP syntax check? [message #71226] Mon, 19 May 2008 16:16 Go to next message
Eclipse UserFriend
Hello

Can I exclude certain files from the PHP syntax check?

Examples why I want this are:
* files from a framework which include later substituted @@WHATEVER@@
* 3rd party library files which are under my project directory as they are too
small to be put into an own project.
* files from co-workers which I just don't want to touch

I would like to see only warnings for files that I can fix :)

bye,

-christian-

Hi Christian,
A good point that was raised many times during the development of Eclipse
PDT.

PDT 1.0.x stream will not support such kind of requirement but PDT 1.1
will support for excluding and including resources (this feature is under
development these days and will be available in next PDT 1.1 releases)
