I need to add the following plug-ins to support a web development project in Drupal:

PHPEclipse
Web Tools Platform (WTP)
Subclipse

I am attempting to tell Eclipse where the plug-ins are located using the following code from a xml bookmark file:

Problem: I am getting errors when Eclipse attempts to find this software with the exception of "Subeclipse". Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance!

Probably You have outdated bookmarks xml file with non-existant update site for
subclipse, edit list manually in eclipse update sites and update needed channel.
I believe that You will find current info on subclipse site:
http://subclipse.tigris.org/

best regards
