This newsgroup seems affected by the Eclipse forum <-> nntp sync issues
quite badly. At the same time as it is a very busy forum and it makes it
hard to stay on top of what is going on.

I hope someone can look at this. EMF had the same problem and got help,
don't know if it helped though...

Regards

Moreover, reading the newsgroup (with thunderbird) threads are 'spoiled'
most of the time, meaning that messages that are in the same thread are
not shown in a thread view...

I guess "out of whack" is not a very precise technical term :D

I ment what you said Lorenzo; posts from the forum are not threaded the
way they should. There was also a problem (that is supposedly fixed)
where forum posts did not show up via nntp.

Jamie Robertson (formerly of Music Alley) and his buddy Jerry (who ran the
Sound Deals 800 number for mail orders) have split, apparently in an
amicable fashion, from Music Alley. The new store, which is still getting
set up but IS open for business, is going to be called "Music Services",
with Sound Deals as a subsidiary.
