Hello,
We are delighted to announce that we are going to host presentations about
the proposed Process Framework (EPF) Project <Beacon> -
http://www.eclipse.org/proposals/beacon/
These are free sessions, 1 hour length each (40 minutes presentation/demo
and 20 minutes for questions/discussion). They will cover the major topics
IBM is offering for contribution, as described below:
Title: Overview of the extensible framework and exemplary tools for software
process engineering
Date and time: 11/29 - 9:00 AM (PST)
Objective: Have an overview of the proposed exemplary tool and the
underlying meta-model
Presenter: Peter Haumer (IBM)
Title: Architecture of the exemplary tool for software process engineering
Date and time: 12/06 - 9:00 AM (PST)
Objective: Have an in-depth understanding of the exemplary tool architecture
Presenter: Kelvin Low (IBM)
Title: Exemplary and extensible process content
Date and time: 12/13 - 9:00 AM (PST)
Objective: Have and overview of exemplary process content - Basic Unified
Process
Presenter: Ricardo Balduino (IBM)

Hi everyone,
Here you find conference call information for tomorrow's presentation on
EPF:
1. Go to http://cpc.on.raindance.com
2. Click on "Join Unscheduled Meeting" on the left
3. Enter your details and the following conference ID: 2816556. Select the
"Light Version" button, click "Join now"
4. Raindance will check your system and might prompt you to install a few
files. It will then bring up the conference tool.
5. Dial the following phone number: USA 800-528-2856, International:
770-325-4737
6. When asked, enter the same conference ID on the phone as well: 2816556
The scheduled presentation is:
Title: Overview of the extensible framework and exemplary tools for software
process engineering
Date and time: 11/29 - 9:00 AM (PST)

Thanks for attending this session and your comments!
We have 2 more short sessions to go, which should give a good overview and
understanding of EPF to the community. Certainly, we can have more detailed
sessions soon, since we've seen more and more people interested in knowing
details about EPF.
