The weekly build of STEM has a bug. If you are creating a new scenario, the first time you launch it you will likely see a null pointer exception. After the exception you can just try again to run your scenario and it will work. We are aware of the bug (see: bug 350889) and will have the problem resolved next week. Please feel free to email the developers if you need more information on this bug.
