Hi,

I'm using Eclipse Helios.

The website of m2e (http://eclipse.org/m2e/download/) that the update site to use is:
http://download.eclipse.org/technology/m2e/milestones/1.0

while the wiki (http://wiki.eclipse.org/Maven_Integration) indicates:
http://download.eclipse.org/technology/m2e/releases

Which one should we use?
