I am trying to install WindowBuilder Pro into Eclipse 3.6 Helios.

I work on a network which does not have direct access to the Internet; as such, I can not use the update site to perform Eclipse installations.

I tried following the directions on the WindowBuilder Pro Installation page to download a Zip file for offline installation. eclipse.org/windowbuilder/download.php

The link for Eclipse 3.6 produces a "file unavailable" error.
eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/windowbuilder/WB/integration/WB_v0.9.0_UpdateSite_for_Eclipse3.6.zip

Is there an updated link for the Offline/Zip installation of WindowBuilder Pro for Eclipse 3.6?
