Hello All,
How is the product designed using the eclipse is delivered to the end user?
Can we create the installer of the designed product?

Eclipse is distributed as an archive. It's not installed in the Windows
sense nor is it typically installed via Linux/Unix package manager. You
just download, explode and then run.

Yes.Eclipse is distributed as an archive but I want to deploy the RCP application designed in the eclipse environment. How can I create the installer of the product??

I apologize for not being able to answer. We're just not on the same
wavelength. You should take a little more time doing basic things in
Eclipse so that you can couch your more complicated, unanswered
questions in terms others here will understand. If you're talking RCP,
I'd suggest doing the RCP tutorial from http://www.vogella.de.

However you want. There's nothing in Eclipse to support installation of
RCP apps, so you're free to use any installer technology that meets your
needs. An RCP app is just a directory structure, so just about any
installer technology can easily deal with it.
