May be related to https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=247912

since the kenai Jira is at 1.13.1

This fixed something similar for me:

The Bugzilla entry is still open, so this is still unsolved I assume.

I found earlier posts at kenai.com which we just launched as a JSR host for
my Expert Group at JCP.org.

While Bugzilla was offered as the probably more mature alternative, we
decided to give JIRA a try (also cause it has more advanced options and
features at least in the web interface for now ;-)

Hope, whatever side needs to fix that (JIRA itself, Kenai.com or the Mylyn
connector for JIRA ?!) does that?
The still pretty incubation stage connector for HP Quality Center almost 5
years after Mylyn started is probably a bad example for a fairly common
product still not being able to use Mylyn ;-/
(of course that makes our work at Babel easier if there are only limited
connectors at least those officially supported by Eclipse.org ;-)

The Mylyn project does not have the staffing to implement AND MAINTAIN
connectors for commercial issue trackers, like HP Quality Center.
I think that requests for the latter should be directed at HP, not the
Mylyn project. There may be contributors or committers willing to work
on such a connector for profit.

The Mylyn project does not even have the staffing to accept donations of
additional connectors for OSS issue trackers or toolkit like systems,
unfortunately since I created one.

The current set of connectors is provided as examples and for providing
feedback to eclipse.org itself.

Well I noticed, HP Quality Center has not changed at all since they took
over Mercury.

Still the same old crap. Even dual screen is not supported well. Pop-ups
show on the primary even if your browser is on screen 2.

Not to mention it is still called "Mercury" everywhere. So while completely
eliminating EDS now, this does not even seem an area well-staffed at a giant
like HP ?;-)

It is still a bit quirky sometimes, but I just updated my first Kenai.com
items into the JIRA repository.
Looks like either I got a better network quality, or the servers have been
improved on their side...?;-)
