Hi !

I would like to know, if it's possible, how can i make a stereotype <<Red>> in a profile which make every element who have this stereotype are colored in red ?

Hi,
Currently it is not possible in the diagrams. but it's possible in the Model Explorer, using the EMF-Facet customization mechanism. You should create and register a .uiCustom file.

Warning : Modisco becomes EMF-Facet for some functionalities, so you need to create an EMF-Facet Project (and not a Modisco Project) and use the Model Browser customization provided by the EMF-Facet plugin and not the Modisco plugin!

The color in UML has specific significations such as explained by Peter code few years ago.
Four possibilities are usually provided :

Yellow: the value of the stereotype is role.
Pink: the value of the stereotype is moment or interval.
Green: the value of the stereotype is thing.
Blue: the value of the stereotype is description.

About modeling with semantic colors, you can have a look to an
