hi friends,
is it possible to delete a perspective which is created by an eclipse plugin without removing the plugin itself?
if yes, how can i delete it?

Is there a reason you want to delete the perspective? You don't have to use them if you don't want to!

I dont want to list the unused perpsective in the 'open perspective' list. How can I remove them??
For eg: I am using C++ perspective and do not want the java perspective to be shown in the list.

You cannot delete built-in perspectives but you can hide them from the
'Open Perspective' menu (but not when clicking 'Other...'):
1. Window > Customize Perspective...
2. switch to 'Shortcuts' page
3. choose 'Open Perspective' from the 'Submenus' drop-down menu
4. select those perspectives that you want to see

NOTE: If you work in different perspectives, then you have to configure
this in all of them.
