Hi,

I am trying to create an update site to store my Lua Editor plug-in
(http://luaeclipse.luaforge.net/preview/update-site) and I am facing a lot
of difficulties.

When I try to use an Update Site project, my platform filters prevent me
from building the features for platforms other than mine.

When I try to use the 'Export' from the multi-platform pack, the resulting
update-site simply isn't recognized by the update manager.

Am I doing something stupid here? Is there any literature or documentation
available on deploying plug-ins?

Help would be greatly appreciated.

How are you installing the delta pack?

Once you have the delta pack, you should be able to export things
properly using the feature export wizard. If you want to do things
headlessly via PDE Build, check out this blog:

My packages were created using the export wizard of the delta pack.
Although it has successfully built everything, for some reason the site
itself doesn't get recognized as an update-site. I believe fixing this
might be the shortest way to solve the problem.
