Hi!

I'm new to CDO. I have read Wiki-article (CDO.Spring) about how to inject CDO repository and client beans in a Spring environment. Right now I want to know if there are any example projects for downloading. What about tutorials or blogs? It's hard for me to build a running system from scratch without some templates or more detailed descriptions. Our plan is to use Oracle DB, but for the mean time MySQL is ok.
Thanks a lot!!!

Side notes:
I had problems getting CDO Hibernate/Teneo up and running with Oracle.
There is a draft implementation of an Oracle db adapter available at https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=270428

This works directly through the db architecture of cdo and does not depend on hibernate if this would be of interest to you.

Hi Per,

I notice that some CDO users have written something about Net4j/CDO and Spring in our wiki but I can not really comment on that. We've stopped our own efforts to ship integration code and setup examples some years ago. Not because we think it's not a good idea, mostly because the Spring license used to be incompatible with the EPL. Although this seems to have changed since, I would have to start from scratch. Certainly I'll answer all CDO-specific questions here and maybe you'll find someone else to help with Spring questions. If you got something working please feel free to update the wiki accordingly. Good luck ;-)

Cheers
/Eike
