for each task which i am working on - i have to provide a patch of core
sources tree. patch should be putted in some cvslike tool with a list of
files and files itself. When i am working on a project in eclipse - it is
hard to remember which files i change two weeks ago.

You know that you can use local CVS server...

You can probably try Darcs, a decentralized revision control system.
