TPTP 4.2 I2 stable build is now available for download from the URL below.
Note that this is same as the TPTP build present in Callisto RC0.

The Eclipse sdk prerequisite for this build is listed as Eclipse SDK
3.2.0 M6

there there any reason that the new 3.2RC1 can not be used or is that
not advisable?

No reason... you can use 3.2RC1... we need to update the prerequisite
list now that it is validated against that release.

And to forestall the inevitable follow-on question :-) -- We're checking
against 3.2RC1a now... I don't expect any problems.
