Hi,

I am new to ATL, a model transformation language. I have very basic query regarding fundamental use of it.

From the available tutorials, I came to know that,
Example :

If I want to transform Ma to Mb which are instance/user models (instance of their metamodels & metameta model is ECore), the core of both these models should be same. In this case it is ECore.

But Does it allow Ma (With Core MOF(Specifically EMOF/CMOF)) to Mb (With Core as ECore)?

Here the structure of XMI would be different.
Please suggest if any M2M implementation exists for that.
