Hi together,

I am trying to use the latest version 0.8.0 M4 of XQDT.
By configurating the EQuery interpreter, I am definig the Interpreter *.jar (org.eclipse.wst.xquery.core_0.8.0.201102021210.jar) file and then Eclipse wants me to enter a "main class" name. (Window->Preferences->XQuery->Interpreters)
I am not quite sure what to enter into this field. For every class I tried, I am getting the Error:

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Name of main class
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: Name of main class
Could not find the main class: Name of main class. Program will exit.

Can anybody tell me, whats the right name for the interpreters main class?

Thanks for your help!

Best regards
Simon

Hi, I have nearly the same question.

I followed the instructions I found at wiki.eclipse.org/XQDT/Installation to install XQDT in Eclipse Indigo.

No matter which org.eclipse.wst.xquery.*.jar I choose, every time when I try to set up an XQuery engine, Eclipse tells me that "No interpreter executables are found".
On my (Linux-Fedora) system I can't find anything that looks like a standalone zorba installation (as suggested by the path that is used in the instructions).
Does this mean that the instructions are not complete or not correct? Can anybody tell me what I should do to install XQDT (or are there other alternatives than zorba that are easier to install)?

Thanks,
Ben
