"clone" created when I add an item [message #666763]

Hi,

When I add an item in a container , in my file ".environment", it's also shown in the ".environment_diagram", but, in the diagram, there are 2 items created (the second one is outside the container and if I delete it, I delete the other too).

Does anybody know why this problem happends please?
