Hi Luís,
that's great to hear!
I assume you are familiar with the tool already?
IMHO what the project needs most at the moment is a critical mind that provides us with issues and feature requests, tells us which parts need major refinements, and helps us fixing issues in code and documentation.
Also contributions to the code itself are very appreciated - especially performance improvements are of major interest. The next drop (ready probably end of this week) will significantly improve performance but there is still quite a lot of work to do 
However, there are more topics and areas. You may check out http://wiki.eclipse.org/Recommenders/ContributorsWanted. There you find brief summaries of different areas we are looking for contributors
