After installation the Eclipse IDE does not show any Mozilla additions.

Missing are:
Mozilla button
Mozilla Perspective
"Mozilla Application" debug perspective
"Mozilla Application" run perspective

Running:
WinXP
Eclipse Helios Service Release 2

Installation details dialog shows:
AJAX...Mozilla IDE 0.3.0
AJAX...Webtools Integration 0.3.0
Mozilla XULrunner 1.9.1.0
Mozilla XPCOM 1.9.1.0

What I am I missing to enjoy these features?

I have the same problem. I uninstalled reinstalled still no sign of the mozilla treat.

I have same issue: ATF is correctly installed but cannot right-click on .html file and choose "Debug.../Debug in Mozilla".

Windows 7 x64
Eclipse Indigo SR1
