Hello,

EMF Facet is a project which participates to the simultaneous release train. We need to change elements of the user interface. This will induce a modification of messages.properties files.

The page http://www.eclipse.org/indigo/planning/EclipseSimultaneousRe lease.php says: "The UI should be frozen by M6 (a "freeze" all major changes and additions are done by M6, and changes after that are done in a controlled, well documented fashion, so Babel translators can more easily "keep up" with late changes)."

What is the process to modify messages.properties files after the M6 UI freeze?
