I am working on creating a DSL with graphical editor for android platform. Could anyone help me about using UML2 metamodel with this?
UML2 metamodel will it be usefull?

You should first validate if the Android jdk is compatible with the modeling plugins. I didn't try all of them but it could work with a little integration job.
Once this is validated you need to select which graphical layer you could use. I don't know if GMF works with Andoid jdk but I have a doubt about it. You need to validate it.
If it doesn't work then you have to use GEF and EMF together. The problem is to validate if GEF and EMF works with Android JDK. Not a big job to upgrade if needed because there will only be compilation problem.

If anyone would like to contribute to create a clean modeling workspace for Android JDK then I think this is the right time to do it Smile
