External Plug-In Libraries [message #657127]

Somehow in my plug-in there is now an folder showing in the project explorer called External Plug-In Libraries.
I don't know why this is now showing. Also when I close my Application there is an error popping up, that there were problems saving workspace.

"Could not write metadata for '/Extrernal Plug-In Libraries'.
Path\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.resources\.projects\Exte rnal Plug-in Libraries\.markers
Path could not be found.

So why is External Plug-In Libraries showing in the Project Explorer?
How do I get rid of this?
And why is there this error?

If you ever use the Plug-ins view to add all of your target to the Java
Search, it creates this folder. Normally it is filtered out (by the
Package Explorer, anyway). you can delete it, and re-create it by going
back to the Plug-ins view.
