When click Export >> Team >> Team Project Set,
select several projects included in the Team Project Set,
the projectSet.psf generated automatically as below:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<psf version="2.0">
<provider id="org.eclipse.egit.core.GitProvider"/>
</psf>
no label like <project reference=""/>.
So when import projects from this projectSet.psf, no projects can be imported actually.

Currently there is no support for that feature, but a feature request has already been filed (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=296082) which you can vote.

Project files are not yet supported. There is bug
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=296082 Many people are
interested in it, so we should soon fix that.
