I installed WTP and included a lot of Web, XML and Java EE Development plug-ins. Now when I have a JSF page open it is incredibly slow, particularly pages with a lot of tags, apparently because it is trying to interpret the tags for the preview.

I've tried to uninstall a lot of the plugins but I can't find the correct one. I always end up with this menu:

Which one do I have to uninstall?

Thanks.

Does turning off validation not do the trick?

If only for one project, right-click your project, then choose
Preferences -> Validation and experiment with which validators to turn off.

If for all projects in the workspace, Window -> Preferences ->
Validation and experiment.

I've found at times that turning off a validator will speed things up
considerably.

(My "trash" mail? Lol.)

Best of luck.

Thank you for the suggestion. I'll try to live without validation for a while, but I rely heavily on validation.

I just don't know which of the plug-ins is the offensive one. I've tried uninstalling several of them but no luck. I had no problems with the validation turned on before but I was missing some components of the WTP project and added things like a crazy person.

The email, well I ran out of ideas Razz
