Hallo guys,

because OTRS a very powerful opensource tickting tool used for incident and change management, it is very useful to have a OTRS mylyn integration.

I have used the possiblity of web template to use query scan to get change management view (my changes) integrated in mylyn/eclipse task.

Here is the settings:
Task URL: ${serverUrl}/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentITSMChangeZoom&Ch angeID=
New Task URL: ${serverUrl}/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentITSMChangeAdd
Query Request URL: ${serverUrl}/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentITSMChangeMyChanges
Login Request URL: ${serverUrl}/otrs/index.pl?Action=Login&User=${userId}&a mp;amp;Password=${password}
Query Pattern:
<td>.+?<a style=\".+?\" href=\" /otrs/index.pl\?Action=AgentITSMChangeZoom&ChangeID=({Id }.+?)\ ".+?title=\"({Description}.+?)\">.+?</a>.+?</td>

great that you got this working with the Web Templates connector. Please
feel free to share your template on the OTRS connector task to make it easy

Hey Guys,

even if my english is not the best, I hope you understand me.
I would like to connect OTRS with Eclipse but I don't know how. Where should I configure the settings?

Und weil ich finde, dass sich dein Name, Steffen, so deutsch anhört, versuche ich das ganze nochmal auf deutsch, dann kann ichs besser erklären.
Ich kenne mich mit Eclipse noch nciht so gut aus, da ich mich mit OTRS beschäftigt habe und jetzt OTRS mit Eclipse verbinden soll. Ich habe Mylyn runtergeladen und wenn ich einen neuen Task erstellen will, weiß ich nicht, wie ich zu meinem OTRS komme. und ich finde dafür nirgends eine Anleitung.
