edit: RESOLVED:
filename had space...
created an identical profile without spaces in the filename
worked like a charm...

Hi,
I might have bumped on a bug here...
Created a UML Profile in Papyrus with 1 Stereotype 'key' extending 'Property' Metaclass.
Created a new Model in the same project and applied custom Profile on the model.
Created a Class Diagram with a Class and a Property.
Applied 'key' Stereotype on Property.
The stereotype application was visible in the Diagram and in Properties.
Saved, closed and reopened.
Stereotype 'key' was lost from both Diagram and Properties.
A strange entry '[key]' with a grey-lila diamond icon appeared as child of the model instead with no type and properties.
The Profile application was still valid and I could reapply the Stereotype w/o further actions only to lose it again on close.

Using Papyrus 0.7.2 and Eclipse Helios SR1 on OS X SL x64
