Transform STP BPMN Model to raw BPMN? [message #650729] Wed, 26 January 2011 10:15 Go to next message

When using STP BPMN Modeler, the generated files (modeler.bpmn and modeler.bpmn_diagram) reuse and extend two other Eclipse projects, GEF (Graphical Editing Framework) and EMF (Eclipse Modeling Framework).

How can I transform them to raw BPMN? so that I can import and reuse in another modeler?

I hope this community forum would be still active..

Thank you

There is no such thing as raw BPMN. The BPMN modeler is BPMN 1.2 compliant.
The notation doesn't have a schema.

BPMN 2.0 changes that, but it is unsupported.

Thank you for your answer, Antoine.

BPMN 2.0 of OMG has final release and the engine Apache Activiti, which BPMN 2.0 can run on, are very promising. So I want to find a way to convert the STP BPMN model to BPMN 2.0 that Apache Activiti supports.
