problem using Checkout as Maven project from SCM Window [message #650313]

I am trying to checkout a Maven project from SCM using
Eclipse (i.e. get latest jpetstore). There is a prompt to
select SCM type and URL. I put in the URL of jpetstore

https://src.springframework.org/svn/spring-samples/jpetstore /trunk/org.springframework.samples.jpetstore/

but the SCM URL pull down menu has no options - every
option is blank.

Does anybody know how to sue this Checkout as Maven project
from SCM window in Eclipse to check out the above
jpetstore sample Spring app?

Hi,
I have exactly the same problem, Helios SR1, Maven integration 0.12.1.
Someone here knows how to solve this, please?

(BTW, trying to check out Fedora Commons from Git repo)

I'm not much help but I believe I remember there is an additional plugin that enables SCM support with m2eclipse.

Go to install software in eclipse
Add and install the url
m2eclipse.sonatype.org/sites/m2e-extras

restart the Eclipse. You will be able to see svn as the option while you select the check out option from maven.
